Born in Aleppo, Syria, Rafif holds a license in Law with Honors ranking First in her batch. Currently, she is in the process of preparing the thesis in pursuit of her master’s degree titled: International relations within the 3rd world and its effect on their society. At the start of her career, in the field of humanitarian aid and charity organizations. Rafif moved to the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where she worked for 10 years in the education and tutoring sector. Moreover, Rafif participated in many international workshops & conferences that were specialized in new methods of teaching, and training. Also, she wrote several research publications which compared traditional educational methods with modern ones and how each one affects a student’s willingness to read and learn. Rafif joined the administration department of the ‘New York Institute of Art and Design’ in 2015. In addition, she runs the website ‘Aleppo My Love’ (under construction). An avid writer, Rafif expressed stories of nostalgia and longing for her country via several articles including a series of short stories pertaining to women and family matters. In 2015, Rafif relocated to the city of Boston, USA. It is noteworthy to mention that Rafif is the granddaughter of the well-known Aleppo author and owner of ‘Al Hadeeth’ Magazine, Sami Al Kayali.

مواليد حلب سوريا. حصلت على ليسانس في الحقوق بالمركز الأول مع مرتبة الشرف.
تعمل على تحضير رسالتها في الماجستير بعنوان العلاقات الدولية في دول العالم الثالث وانعكاساتها على المجتمعات. عملت في بداية مشوارها العملي في مجال العمل الإنساني والجمعيات الخيرية.
انتقلت للعيش في المملكة العربية السعودية وعملت مدة عشر سنوات في السلك التربوي والتعليمي. شاركت في ورشات عمل دولية ومؤتمرات عالمية مختصة في طرق التعليم والتوجيه الحديثة وأعدت بحوث ومقارنات بين طرق التعليم التقليدية والحديثة وفي أساليب ترغيب الطلاب بالمعرفة والقراءة.
انتسبت إلى معهد نيويورك للتصميم والفنون قسم الإدارة في عام ٢٠١٥. صاحبة موقع (محبوبتي حلب)(قيد الإنشاء).
كتبت العديد من المقالات في الحنين والشوق إلى الوطن وأعدت مجموعات قصصية قصيرة عن المرأة والأسرة . انتقلت للعيش في مدينة بوسطن الأمريكية عام ٢٠١٥
